Our R&D department has achieved an excellent product,
the process begins with the careful selection of the
ingredients and continues with the careful preparation
of its agricultural ethanol, through a traditional
process, where a triple distillation allows to increase
its purity index and smoothness, all this culminates

the character of our gin Rosa de los Vientos.

INGREDIENTS

Additional to the 3 fundamental ingredients of strawberry, raspberry and juniper berries, Rosa de los Vientos is also achieved through the use of other “botanicals”, such as coriander seeds, garden angelica root, lemon zest, lily root and liquorice root. All these botanicals are macerated for a long period of time in a base of agricultural ethanol of cereal grains, giving our gin its delicate flavour and its penetrating aroma.
